This man didn't violate moral codes with children in exchange for money.
This man embraced his black heritage and his culture.
This man was honorable human being, a patriotic American, an amazing talent and a pioneer in the field of entertainment.
When men like this get shadowed by men like Michael Jackson, in the words of the late, great Bernie Mack, "Shit aint right America".
